Spend much time training with me, and you’ll hear this over and over again.
The ABC Method is the slab of the house.
You build everything on top of it.
- If the Alignment is off, everything on top is shaky, and won’t be as effective.
- If the Breath is off, everything on top is shaky, and won’t be as effective.
- If the Core engagement is off, everything on top is shaky, and won’t be as effective.
I have found that those 3 things are at the base of everything we do, and that by always asking “where is ABC?” everything gets better.
It sounds simple, right? Now start going through your movements and asking yourself
“Where’s A, Where’s B, Where’s C?”
Sometimes, we get stuck in the details.
That’s where I come in.
