Inches Make the Winning Mile


When working with someone’s alignment (the A in ABC!), I find that most of the time, we have to tweak something about an inch. But that inch makes the biggest difference in their Diastasis Recti Recovery and core stability!

Please don’t underestimate the power of working on those postural elements, such as:

  • Shoulder flexibility
  • Upper back strength
  • Hip flexibility
  • Glute strength

And those things take time, too. Don’t expect to be perfect on day one. The work of that inch will win the mile in the long run! It will be uncomfortable in the short run. Your body will thank you in the long run, and not only for your core stability, but for your mobility, agility, and flexibility, too!
