Class Descriptions

Muscles: 30 minute class to tone and strengthen. Option: bring a mat and a strength band or hand-held weights. Attire: athletic with shoes.

Full Body Pilates: use the principles of Yoga and Pilates practice to firm, tighten, strengthen, lengthen the entire body without impact. Bring a mat. Attire: no shoes.

Hard Core Pilates: Use the principles of Pilates practice to firm, tighten, strengthen, and enhance the core area (abdominals and lower back), without impact. Bring a mat. Attire: no shoes.

HIIT It!: The best way to improve your fitness level and increase your cardio stamina is through use of high intensity intervals. In HIIT It! class, you will work in levels of moderate, high, and low intensity with fun, simple cardio movements in a class format. Fun and only 30 minutes! Attire: athletic with supportive shoes.

Beginner’s Yoga/Stretch: This quick 30 minute yoga stretch is a focus on flexibility and an introduction to yoga movement. Mat and no shoes.
